Sputtering Targets in Precious Metals
Sputtering targets can be manufactured in a range of high purity precious metals including gold, platinum, silver and other alloys. In addition we can also manufacture sputtering targets in non-precious metals.
Our manufacturing capabilities enable us to meet your needs from small targets for research and development to large targets for industrial deposition.
Depending on the metal, targets can be manufactured in disc or sheet form, to a thickness of 0.1mm* or less with a high level of flatness and grain structure. Cookson industrial also has a wide range of existing tooling so whatever your diameter requirement, we should have it covered.
